You will need a sync license if you are :- A company , an individual doing paid work, a sponsored project, a promo video, a non-profit organization, videos/ projects/ or content that is supported by financial contributions, including Patreon. Or Using the music in a kickstarter video, podcast, wedding video, commercial website background music, dvd video, youtube video with advertising revenue, video featuring commercial endorsements, promos or sponsorship.
